Birat Jaycees presents Miss Jhapa 2014 was held last night on 14 September. Rachana Uprety from Dangibari, Jhapa won the main title of Miss Jhapa 2014 alongside Rishika Pradhan and Anisha Pradhan were 1st runner up and 2nd runner up respectively.
Rachana will now represent her district of Jhapa in the upcoming Hidden Treasures Miss Nepal 2015 which is schedule to happen in the early 2015. According to the organisers, Miss Jhapa took place after more than a long decade.
Winner of Mega Model Season 1 Swastika Rajbhandari was the choreographer of this event and Miss Nepal World 2010 Sadichha Shrestha was present as one of the panel of judges and also crowned all the three winners.
